400 Mile Sponsored Cycle

Lovat Shinty Club is embarking on an ambitious project to build a new sports pavilion in the village of Kiltarlity.

On the 31st of July 2017, members of the club will embark on a 400 mile cycling challenge, visiting all the pitches of the teams in Shinty’s Premier League. Starting in Glasgow, they venture west to Tighnabruiach, then up the west coast to Oban. Fort William (Caol) is next, followed by Spean Bridge and over to Newtonmore and Kingussie. Then across to the west coast again to Balmacara, turning back for Drumnadrochit and finally over Culnakirk and then Balgate where the team will finish by making the short hop to Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival where they will be piped home.
