The Lovat Cup was played at Braeview on 2nd January on a very challenging surface. Lovat were missing some key players, including keeper Stuart MacDonald, with Ronan MacMillan stepping up. Lovat did not start well and went behind 11 minutes into the first half from a Jack MacDonald strike. In the second half however Lovat came to life and Lewis Tawse equalised in the 8th minute of play. With no further scoring, Lovat held on to the cup for another year as per the rules of the competition. The cup was presented to captain Graeme MacMillan but Drusilla Fraser.
